Terms of Service — BitWide Effective date: April 7, 2026
1. Acceptance By accessing or using the BitWide platform at app.bitwide.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Services BitWide provides B2B outbound sales infrastructure including email outreach, phone dialing, LinkedIn automation, contact data, and related tools. Features vary by subscription tier.
3. Acceptable Use You may not use BitWide to send unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or other applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with all laws in your jurisdiction.
4. LinkedIn Automation LinkedIn outreach features use automation that violates LinkedIn’s Terms of Service. By activating this feature you acknowledge the risk of account restriction or ban and agree that BitWide is not liable for any action LinkedIn takes against your account.
5. Payments Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Credits purchased separately do not expire. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
6. Data You retain ownership of your contact data. BitWide stores data on Canadian-hosted infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability BitWide’s liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
