BitWide was approached by a prominent financial organization with origins in Philadelphia, PA, that assists small businesses by providing equipment financing and leasing alternatives. They specialize in assisting manufacturers, distributors, and equipment dealers in expanding their businesses. Before coming to BitWide this client used recommendations and word of mouth as a way to secure contracts with new customers. Since they wanted to expand their business and go national they needed better ways to reach prospective clients.
Reaching Target Market in Canada – This business sought to connect with potential customers all across Canada. Because of an earlier failed attempt with an overseas call center, they wanted the callers to be based in North America.
Lead Generation – They needed help developing lists and finding new contacts, as well as a stronger sales script to help them connect with their targets.
Hard to Reach Clients – This company wanted to connect with small to medium-sized businesses, and since the majority of smaller businesses prefer to communicate by phone, BitWide needed to get in contact with clients that had little to no social media presence.
We were provided a preliminary list of 300 contacts to help us better grasp the target market for this financing company. BitWide spent the next two months creating new lists of connections to contact.
