One price.
Everything included.
No setup fees, no tool costs, no hidden line items. Pick one channel or combine all three. BitWide handles strategy, infrastructure, execution, and reporting from day one.
Less than a sales hire.
More than an agency.
A single in-house SDR costs $5,500 to $10,000 per month before you factor in the tool stack they need to operate: a data source, an email platform, a dialer, a CRM, domains, email warmup, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. That's before they've booked a single meeting.
BitWide replaces all of it. Strategy, data, infrastructure, copywriting, execution, conversation management, and weekly reporting are included in a single monthly price. The tools, the setup, the daily running β it all stays on our side of the table.
Comparable onshore agencies start at $3,500 to $15,000 per month for equivalent scope. BitWide starts at $1,000.

More channels.
More reach. More savings.
Combining channels doesn't just multiply your reach. It creates a coordinated system where every touchpoint reinforces the last, and prospects encounter your message across every channel they use.
- All deliverables from both chosen channels
- Coordinated cross-channel messaging strategy
- Unified weekly reporting across both channels
- 6-month commitment, billed monthly
- All three channels running in parallel
- Maximum touchpoints across every channel your prospects use
- Integrated strategy where every channel reinforces the others
- Single point of contact for your entire outreach system
- 6-month commitment, billed monthly
Outbound works through consistency. Prospects need multiple touchpoints, often over weeks, before they respond. Six months gives campaigns the runway to build momentum, identify what resonates, and optimize toward your pipeline goals. The returns in month four are meaningfully better than month one. That's not a billing strategy. It's how outbound actually delivers.
What every plan

questions answered.
Everything you need to know before booking a call.
Can I start with one channel and add more later?
Yes. Many clients start with Email or LinkedIn to prove the channel for their market, then expand to two or three channels in a subsequent term, unlocking savings and wider coverage as their confidence in the system grows.
What does "fully managed" actually mean?
It means we handle everything: defining your ideal customer, building the prospect list, writing every message, setting up all the infrastructure, running the campaigns every day, responding to leads, and booking qualified conversations into your calendar.
You review the strategy at the start, approve the messaging, and show up for the meetings. We do the rest.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees, ever. The monthly price is all-inclusive for the channel or channels you select. The one external cost to be aware of: LinkedIn Sales Navigator for the LinkedIn channel, which is billed directly by LinkedIn to you. Everything else, including domains, email accounts, data, tooling, and dialers, is covered by BitWide.
Who is actually doing the outreach work?
Your campaign is run by a dedicated team led by North American account management. The specialists executing your outreach are either North American or have spent years working specifically in North American markets. The standard we hold is the same regardless: messaging that sounds right, timing that makes sense, and conversations that don't read as outsourced.
What happens to my data at the end of the engagement?
Everything that represents real business value is yours to keep: all prospect data, contact lists, messaging playbooks, copy, and campaign results. The operational infrastructure (domains, tooling, sending accounts) stays with BitWide, which is how we're able to include it in the price and keep it running correctly throughout the engagement.
Do you guarantee a number of meetings?
No, and you should be cautious of any agency that does. Guaranteed meeting numbers typically reflect unqualified activity rather than pipeline. A contact with no budget, no authority, and no genuine interest still counts as a "booked meeting" under most guarantees.
What BitWide guarantees is the system: built correctly, run every day, optimized every week. Clients with a real product in a real market consistently generate qualified conversations. The volume depends on ICP tightness, market dynamics, and offer clarity. Pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
We already have some outbound in place. Can BitWide slot in?
Yes. Larger clients with existing sales teams sometimes engage BitWide for specific execution only, such as cold calling on behalf of their own reps. BitWide assesses what's already in place before recommending what to build or change. The goal is to make the whole system more deliberate, not to replace what's working.
