A senior conversation
from the first call.

Every initial call at BitWide is handled at the leadership level. Not because we want to impress you, but because the first conversation is where the real strategic work happens.

Your pipeline situation, your market, your ICP, what you've tried before. Understanding those things correctly is what determines whether the engagement will work. Getting that wrong costs both sides time and money.

You're a founder, CEO, or senior leader. The person you'll speak with is too. That's a deliberate choice, not a sales tactic.

  • 01 We assess fit honestly. If your situation isn't right for BitWide, we'll tell you directly and point you toward what would actually help.
  • 02 We talk strategy, not features. The call is about your market and your growth challenge, not a walkthrough of our service list.
  • 03 You leave with clarity. Whether we work together or not, you'll have a clearer picture of what your outbound situation actually needs.
  • 04 No follow-up pressure. If the timing isn't right or the fit isn't there, we won't chase you. The right engagements start from the right conversations.

What to expect
on the call

Common questions from people who are close to booking but want to know what they're walking into.

How long is the call and what format does it take?

The call is 30 minutes and it runs as a conversation, not a presentation. We'll ask about your current pipeline situation, your ideal customer, your market, and what you've already tried. You'll get a chance to ask anything you want about how BitWide works.

There's no slide deck and no demo. Just a direct, useful conversation.

Will I get a proposal or pricing on the call?

Pricing is transparent and already published on the Pricing page. On the call, we focus on fit and channel recommendation rather than closing a deal. If the fit is right, we'll outline what the engagement would look like specifically for your business and what the next step is.

What should I prepare before the call?

Nothing formal is required. It helps to have thought briefly about three things: who your ideal customer is (industry, company size, job title), what your current pipeline situation looks like, and what you've already tried in terms of outreach or lead generation.

The more specific you can be, the more useful the conversation will be for both sides.

What happens if BitWide isn't the right fit?

We'll tell you directly and, where we can, point you toward what would actually help. Common reasons BitWide isn't the right fit include being pre-product, not having a defined market yet, or needing a type of outreach we don't specialize in.

There's no pressure and no follow-up campaign if the fit isn't there. We'd rather have a short, honest conversation than a long engagement that doesn't deliver.

How soon can we start after the call?

If the fit is right and you're ready to move forward, the typical timeline is two to three weeks from agreement to campaign launch. That's the setup phase: ICP definition, data sourcing, infrastructure build, and messaging. Outreach starts going out after that.

Most clients see their first qualified conversations within 30 to 60 days of campaign launch.

I've read the site. I'm fairly sure I want to move forward. Do I still need a call?

Yes, and it'll be a short one. Even when fit seems obvious, the intake conversation is where we confirm your ICP, understand your market dynamics, and start designing the right channel mix. Getting that right from the start is what determines how the engagement performs.

The call isn't a sales hurdle. It's the first step in building your system.
