Our Approach

Most outbound fails
before it starts.

Not because the market isn't there. Because the strategy was skipped, the data was bad, the message didn't land, or nobody had time to run it properly. BitWide fixes all of that and then runs it for you.

Is BitWide
right for you?

Most companies say yes to everything. We'd rather be honest now than waste your time and ours. BitWide works exceptionally well in specific situations. It works poorly in others. Here's the difference.

If your situation is in the right column, we'll tell you that on the call and point you toward what would actually help.

This works well
  • You're in a fractured, competitive market. No dominant player, lots of potential buyers, and no clear way for prospects to find you without outreach.
  • Growth is running through you personally. You're the pipeline: your relationships, your calls, your follow-ups. That ceiling is real, and you know it.
  • You have a real product in a real market. You've closed customers. You know who you're selling to. You need volume and consistency, not validation.
  • You're willing to trust the system. You hired experts and you let them work. The founders who get the best results defer to the process rather than directing every step.
  • Your buyers are in the US or Canada. Our leadership, account management, and the expertise driving every campaign is calibrated for North American market dynamics, communication styles, and timing.
This probably isn't the right fit
  • You're pre-product or still finding your market. Outbound amplifies what's working. It doesn't replace the discovery process.
  • You want to direct every message and decision. Clients who override the system consistently get worse results. If you need full control, hire in-house.
  • You're expecting a magic number. Agencies that guarantee 10 meetings a month are selling certainty they can't deliver. We don't do that, and you should be skeptical of those who do.

Not leads.
A growth system.

When the engagement ends, you don't just have meetings on your calendar. You have a refined ICP, clean verified data, proven messaging, full campaign results, and a clear picture of what works in your market. The operational complexity of running it? That stays on our side throughout.

01
ICP Precision: The Right People, Not Just People

BitWide identifies exactly which companies and decision-makers match your ideal customer profile, then contacts them directly. This isn't advertising to everyone who might be interested. It's a targeted conversation with the specific person at the specific company who fits your criteria.

Google Ads surfaces people who are already searching. BitWide creates conversations with people who should be, before they're searching. That's a fundamentally different kind of pipeline.

02
Pipeline That Doesn't Run Through You

Every engagement is built with one structural goal: to generate qualified conversations that don't require your direct involvement to start. You show up for the meetings. BitWide fills the calendar.

For most of our clients, this is the first time their pipeline has ever been genuinely independent of their personal network or time investment.

03
Infrastructure Managed for You. Data and Results That Are Yours.

BitWide builds and maintains the full technical foundation: dedicated sending domains, warmed email accounts, CRM configuration, data sourcing, outreach tooling, power dialers, and reporting. You never deal with any of it. That complexity stays on our side of the table, which is why it's included in the price.

When the engagement ends, everything that represents real business value transfers to you: all prospect data, contact lists, messaging playbooks, copy, and campaign results. The operational infrastructure stays with BitWide, meaning the moment you start, it's running correctly and you never have to manage it yourself.

04
Complete Visibility, Every Week

Every message sent, every reply received, every meeting booked, reported weekly. Response rates, meeting rates, channel performance, and what's being optimized. No black boxes. No vague updates. You'll know exactly what's happening and why decisions are being made.

05
North American Market Expertise, Not Generic Scripts

BitWide's leadership, account managers, and client-facing team are based in North America. The execution team bringing your campaigns to life, the people writing your copy, working your calls, and managing your LinkedIn conversations, are either North American or have spent years doing outreach specifically in North American markets.

The result is the same either way: messaging that sounds right, timing that makes sense, and conversations that don't immediately read as outsourced. That's the standard we hold regardless of where someone sits.

06
Market Intelligence You Keep

Every campaign generates real data: which segments respond, which messaging resonates, which objections come up consistently, and where the best-fit buyers actually are. That intelligence is yours. Most clients come out of an engagement with a sharper ICP than they went in with, and a clearer view of what their market actually looks like vs. what they assumed.

That's worth something independent of any meeting that gets booked.

What it actually costs
to do this right.

Most people compare BitWide's price to what they expect to pay. The more useful comparison is to what it actually costs to do this without us, and what you get for each option.

vs. Google / paid ads Paid ads capture people already searching. You compete on keywords and bids against everyone in your market. BitWide reaches the exact decision-maker at the exact company that fits your ICP, before they're searching. More precise, typically lower cost per qualified conversation. Google wins on declared search intent. BitWide wins on targeting precision.

* Competitor pricing based on publicly available data and industry ranges as of 2025. Belkins, Martal Group, and SalesRoads pricing starts at $3,500–$5,000/month. In-house SDR cost estimates include base salary, employer burden, and minimum tool stack. BitWide pricing is all-inclusive with no setup fees.

What to expect.
Honestly.

These are the questions every serious prospect asks before signing. We'd rather answer them here than dance around them on a call.

Do you guarantee meetings?

No. And you should be skeptical of any agency that does.

A guaranteed meeting number sounds reassuring until you realize what it means: they'll book anything that responds to qualify for their guarantee, including people who have no budget, no authority, and no genuine interest. Guaranteed meetings and qualified meetings are not the same thing.

What BitWide guarantees is the system: built correctly, run every day, optimized every week. If you have a real product, a real market, and you let the process run, qualified conversations will happen. We've never had a properly run engagement in a real market not generate results. We just won't promise a number, because ICP tightness, market dynamics, and offer clarity all affect volume, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

How quickly will we see results?

The first two to three weeks are setup: ICP definition, data sourcing, infrastructure build, copywriting. Campaigns go live after that.

Most clients see their first qualified conversations within 30 to 60 days of campaign launch. The system improves in month two and three as response data tells us what's working. Month four is typically when the compounding effect becomes obvious. That's why we use a six-month engagement, not because we need the time to bill, but because the returns are meaningfully better in the back half than the front.

What's required from us during the engagement?

Your time investment is low by design. You'll be involved at the start, helping define your ICP, reviewing messaging before it goes out, confirming we've got the strategy right. After launch, your job is to show up for the meetings BitWide books.

The engagements that underperform are almost always ones where the client wants to direct the campaign rather than trust it. We bring you in for decisions that require your expertise. The execution decisions are ours.

What if we just want one specific piece, like cold calling only?

That works too. Some clients, particularly larger organizations with existing sales teams, engage BitWide as a specific execution resource rather than a full system build. Single-channel engagements start at $1,000/month and include everything needed to run that channel well.

If you already have strategy and infrastructure in place and just need execution capacity, we can slot into that. The full-system approach is what most clients need, but it's not the only way to work with us.

What does the first call actually look like?

It's a strategy conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll ask about your current pipeline situation, your ICP, your market, and what you've already tried. We'll give you an honest read on whether BitWide is a strong fit and, if it is, what the engagement would look like specifically for your business.

If there's a better option for your situation, we'll say so. The call is useful regardless of whether we work together. Book it here.

A note on fit: The best engagements we've run share one thing in common. The client trusted the process. Not blindly: they asked good questions, pushed back when something didn't feel right, and stayed engaged in the strategy. But they didn't try to run the campaign from the passenger seat.

If that sounds like you, we'll work well together. If you'd rather control every step, hire someone in-house where that's appropriate. We're not offended by the distinction, we just know where we do our best work.

One Conversation to Find Out

If the fit is right,
you'll know it on the call.

No pressure, no pitch deck, no vague promises. A real conversation about your pipeline situation and whether BitWide can move the needle. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
