The client, an established financing business from Philadelphia, PA, has a long history serving organizations in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. In 2021, two company founders decided the organization was ready to go national. Most of the contracts they had at the before expanding had come through word of mouth, and they wanted to try new ways to support prospect outreach. They were researching cold call campaign companies and came to BitWide with a request to build a call out campaign from scratch (list building, script design, and calling).
This client’s request to BitWide was to target 300 calls per month with three call attempts to each number. Company leaders mentioned they had previous experiences with an off-shore call centre without success, so they would like the callers to be based in North America. As almost each of our call out campaign clients, this customer also preferred a cold caller that would be flexible when following the sales script. IT was important that the call would flow naturally as opposed overly scripted.
The company provided BitWide with the list of initial 300 contacts with the expectation that BitWide would be building all following contact lists. BitWide writers created the sales script, and after mock calls between the client and the cold caller we were ready to go.
